Cool Christmas Giveaway

Hi everyone, in the spirit of the season, Lysa TerKeurst is hosting a Christmas contest in which other bloggers are hosting giveaways as well. I have never had a giveaway so since this is the season of giving I thought I would join in and offer something also.

I have nothing 'christmassy' :) to giveaway but I would like to bless two of you who leave a comment on my blog. So I will be giving away a copy of my small collection of poetry book "A Celebration of Praise" and two of my personally designed bookmarks, with my original poetry on them.

Please leave a comment on this post anytime between now and Friday December 12th. It could be just a hi or hello or it could be about your effort to make Christmas more Christlike. That would be great.

I will choose two names on Friday and those two bloggers will get a copy of A Celebration of Praise and two bookmarks, shown below. How cool is that?

Don't forget to stop by Lysa's blog to check out more bloggers' giveaways.

Between now and Friday 12th, I will add a link to any new blog post to give everyone who stops by a chance to win.

Blessings,
Vickie

What a wonderful gift! I am excited to be the first to comment and one of the first to read how you have decided to be a blessing! Personal gifts make the recieving that much more precious and I hope to be blessed by your words.

Have a wonderful day!

Oh Vickie how wonderful to give away your poetry book and bookmarks. Please include me in your drawing.
It's good to *see* you again! I had just discovered your blog in the last week.
In an effort to make Christmas more Christlike, a few years ago we started buying 3 gifts for our children instead of the limitless supply we normally wanted to buy for them. It is interesting how their wish lists have changed over the years. For instance this year, my oldest teen only has 3 items on her list.
I'm excited about your giveaway Vickie.
Blessings,
Lora

Comment and win? That sounds simple. In the first of January I'll have a giveaway too - one of my caricatures. Be sure to check in on my blog then.

Vickie....great prizes.
I love them. I like how you jumped in no questions asked to participate too.
Very brave, sister.

Vickie,

Thank you for stopping by and saying hello, old friend. How the time has gone by....

Jay had surgery and that time ministering to a sick loved one can just take you away....

I pray your son is doing better.
Happy Monday to you!

Hi Vicki..
Thank you my sistah for stopping by and for always sharing an encouraging word with me. From one poetic heart to another I would love to have a copy of your books. You inspire me to keep the vision of oneday putting all my poems into a book. I keep that dream fully alive, I want to be able to not only leave a legacy for my children but to be able to have proceeds go to a women's cause. Thanks for inviting me this give away.
