WFW - A mighty oak

IMG_0747, originally uploaded by AnooCre8ion.
The oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called mighty oaks, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor. Isaiah 61:3

Today, I am making a choice. I am making a conscious choice to become a mighty oak for the display of God's glory. Today I am casting all my cares aside and leaving my past behind. I am setting my heart and mind totally on Jesus. I choose this Wednesday to become a tree of praise for His honor, His glory and His splendor, because this is His will concerning me.

If you want to walk in the will of God, choose to praise Him, choose today to give Him thanks, in spite of  your circumstances.

Join today's hostess for more WFW.

Have a blessed Word filled Wednesday.

I like this, that you are purposing to become a mighty oak for the Lord. As the verse tells us, we have a choice to serve Him, praise Him, and to do so with joy and thanksgiving, no matter what is going on in our lives.

Thank youfor sharing this!
Blessings to you,
Laurie
